    A fixed monthly price against a written scope. Nothing vague.

  3. 3.Onboarding

    We build your asset register and maintenance calendar, and photograph the baseline condition of the building.

  4. 4.Service

    Walkthroughs on schedule, before you open. A written list every visit. Small items handled, larger items quoted first.

  5. 5.Review

    Twice a year we sit down with what we have spent, what we have prevented, and what is coming.
